3/15/15 The Ides of March: This is 40 #sol15

Today, I turn 40. Such an occasion is a perfect time for Mary Oliver’s “Three Things to Remember” (though, I might add, it’s always a perfect time for Mary Oliver…):

As long as you’re dancing, you can
break the rules.
Sometimes breaking the rules is just
extending the rules.

Sometimes there are no rules.

This is 40, and this life is SO good.
